About the Program

B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, a four year degree program, prepares students with the skills to perform intelligent data analysis which is a key component in numerous real-world applications. During the past ten years, data science has emerged as one of the most high-growth, dynamic, and lucrative career in technology. This course aims at providing not only the core technologies such as artificial intelligence, data mining and data modelling but also gives intensive inputs in the areas of machine learning and big data analytics. By the end of this course, the students will gain cross-disciplinary skills across fields such as statistics, computer science, machine learning and logic, data science and will have career opportunities in healthcare, business, eCommerce, social networking companies, climatology, biotechnology, genetics, and other important areas. The major focus of this programme is to equip students with statistical, mathematical reasoning, machine learning, knowledge discovery, and visualization skills.

Eligibility*

Higher Secondary (HSC) or Equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Maths from a recognized Board, with not less than 50% (reserved category not less than 45%) overall aggregate marks. Candidates appearing for HSC/12 th examination may also apply. Candidates who have registered / appeared for any of the following national level entrance exams with a valid score.
JEE 2022 or Equivalent

Selection Process

Candidate is selected on the basis of overall rank computed taking into account the following components and their weightage as mentioned below.

Physics, Chemistry , Maths performance in 12^th / HSC
Personal Interview through Zoom Meeting
